Our heater stopped working in the middle of the coldest day of the year (a couple days before Christmas) and we had called several other HVAC repair people who basically told us tough luck and then remembered we had a home warranty. They paired us up with Hajek Heating & Cooling and he was the only person who helped troubleshoot the problem with us over the phone. Since the weather was so horrible and he had so many calls, he was able to make it out the next day even though his help over the phone had created a solution for us that would have lasted us through the holiday weekend. "Finding a contractor who is knowledgeable, honest, and operates with integrity is a breath of fresh air, and Brandon is all of the above. We had a quote from another company for $3300. We asked Brandon to give us a second opinion. Brandon quoted us a much more reasonable amount for the work, but upon closer inspection, he noticed that to fix the issue did not require all that work. He did a very simple fix and only charged us a regular visit fee. We will definitely be calling Hajek in the future for any HVAC needs."

I would have not known the difference and they could have just charged me but they were honest. After that I knew I found someone I can trust and in the HVAC world that is worth gold. I have had them come out many times since. They have an easy maintenance plan and are always easy to schedule.
