A failed condensate pump is one of those problems that sneaks up on you. One day everything seems fine, and the next you've got water pooling where it absolutely shouldn't be. That standing water isn't just a nuisance - it can damage flooring, walls, and put real stress on the rest of your system.

Here's what we were working with on this one. The condensate pump had given out completely, and the result was exactly what you'd expect - water on the floor and a system that couldn't drain properly. We installed a ClearVue condensate pump to get things back in order and make sure drainage was working the way it's supposed to.

Condensate pumps don't get much attention until they fail. Their whole job is to move condensation away from your system - quietly, automatically, without you thinking about it. When they stop doing that job, the backup doesn't take long to show up. Getting it replaced quickly is the difference between a straightforward repair and a much bigger headache.

The good news is this is a very fixable problem when you catch it in time. If you're noticing water near your HVAC equipment, a musty smell, or your system shutting itself off unexpectedly, those are all signs worth paying attention to. Don't sit on it. Small issues like this have a way of turning into larger, more expensive ones if they go unchecked.
