I was expecting to pay for this service but after inspection they told me that they scoped the vents and it did not need to be cleaned. I would have not known the difference and they could have just charged me but they were honest. After that I knew I found someone I can trust and in the HVAC world that is worth gold. I have had them come out many times since. They have an easy maintenance plan and are always easy to schedule. Another great point is the phone service, every time I call someone answers or calls me right back.
