This Newberg home needed a full system replacement - old AC unit out, new Lennox equipment in. When a system gets to the point where it's struggling to keep up, patching it isn't the answer anymore. A matched AC and gas furnace combo is the better move, and that's exactly what we put in here.

We brought in a new Lennox air conditioner and a Lennox gas furnace to replace what was there. Matching the indoor and outdoor equipment matters more than most people realize. When both sides of the system are designed to work together, you get better efficiency, more consistent temperatures, and less stress on the equipment overall. Mismatched systems can actually shorten the life of both units.

The furnace install went into a tight utility space inside the home - the kind of tight fit that requires careful planning to make sure everything is properly connected, vented, and sealed. Outside, the new AC unit went in clean on the existing pad with fresh refrigerant lines run to the indoor unit. New PVC flue venting was also run up the exterior wall as part of the furnace setup.

A full HVAC installation like this one covers both ends of the comfort equation. The AC handles the warm months, and the gas furnace takes over when temperatures drop. One system, one install, handled all at once - which also means less disruption for the homeowner down the road.
