A frozen AC is one of the most common summer calls we get - and one of the most misunderstood. Most homeowners assume ice on the unit means the system is working too hard. What stood out here was the indoor setup. The Lennox air handler is stacked vertically in a garage space with the furnace below - tight quarters, but a clean install. The outdoor units cleaned up well too. A condensate drain flush and coil inspection are part of the process - not optional steps we skip to save time. When you've got two condensers side by side like this, making sure both are performing right matters. One underperforming unit can mask issues in the other if you're not paying attention.
