This home runs two separate A/C systems, and we came out to service both of them. Two condensing units, two furnaces, and a full Emme zoning setup managing comfort room by room. That's a lot of moving parts - and exactly the kind of setup that benefits most from regular attention.

We went through both systems top to bottom. Checked electrical connections, verified refrigerant levels, inspected the Goodman condensing units outside, and looked over the indoor furnace components that the A/C relies on to move conditioned air through the house. Everything tied to how the system performs during a hot stretch gets reviewed on a visit like this.

The Emme Controls zoning side of things got a close look too. With multiple zones running independently - laundry, living room, kitchen, office, powder bath - the system needs to be balanced and communicating correctly. A zoning setup like this is only as good as its configuration, so we verified that each zone was reading accurately and operating the way it should.

That's really the point of HVAC maintenance. It's not glamorous work, but it's the difference between a system that quietly does its job all summer and one that leaves you dealing with a breakdown on the hottest day of the year. Small issues caught early almost always cost less than the same problem found late.

If your A/C hasn't been serviced yet this season, now is a good time. Systems that sit idle through the cooler months can develop issues that only show up under load - and you'd rather know about those before you actually need the cooling.
