Brandan Hajek
Brandan got his start in the HVAC industry years ago as a New Construction Apprentice and has since worked in just about every part of the trade — including installation, commercial work, service, and sales. Along the way, working for multiple companies, he saw firsthand that many business models and customer experiences fell short of what they should be. That realization pushed him to start his own company built around the values he believes in: professionalism, quality, and genuine passion for the work. Those values became the foundation of Hajek Heating & Cooling — a local, small, family-run business that takes the job seriously without burdening customers with unnecessary stress, costs, or headaches.
Josh James
Josh has been working in the HVAC industry for several years and joined Hajek Heating & Cooling in May 2025 after previously serving as a Lead Installer. He’s known for his efficient work style and his ability to explain HVAC systems in a way that actually makes sense. Josh takes pride in making sure every customer feels comfortable, informed, and taken care of on every job.
Mac Carver
Mac has been working behind the scenes at Hajek Heating & Cooling since December 2023. She brings strong customer service skills and an organized, detail-oriented approach to everything she does in the office. Mac’s main focus is building friendly, personable relationships with our customers and making sure every interaction reflects the values and service standards Hajek Heating & Cooling is known for.
